L'entretien d'évaluation du personnel, dispositif clé de l'évolution entre exclusion et intégration des seniors

Abstract: Depuis 2010 les entreprises françaises de plus de 50 salariés sont obligées de prendre des mesures en faveur de l’emploi des seniors. A partir d’une typologie des modèles de gestion des seniors (Guérin et Pijoan, 2009) et d’une analyse des modes de gestion des salariés âgés, en particulier en ce qui concerne la gestion des compétences (Bellini, Duick, Laval, Renaud et Vauclin, 2006), cet article propose une grille de lecture des pratiques de gestion des compétences des seniors.
