L’accroissement de la durée des conventions collectives de travail québécoises depuis 20 ans : nouvelle normalité, partenariat consolidé ou manifestation du pouvoir patronal ?

Abstract: En quoi la durée des conventions collectives de travail est-elle liée à leur contenu ? En se basant sur le cas du secteur privé québécois qui a vu la durée des conventions s’accroître depuis 1994, cette recherche traite des intérêts patronaux et syndicaux liés à cet enjeu dans un système de relations industrielles décentralisé.
