Küreselleşme Süreci̇nde İnsan Kaynaklari Uygulamalarindaki̇ Dönüşüm: Kayseri̇ Örneği̇

Abstract: ÖZKüreselleĢme sürecinde insan kaynakları uygulamalarının değiĢime uğradığı, personel ve özlük iĢleri yürütülmeye devam ederken diğer taraftan da bazı mevcut uygulamaların öneminin arttığı ve yeni kavramların ortaya çıktığı görülmektedir.
