Any technological system consists of devices interconnected by pipelines. Often, the length of pipelines is quite large. Checking their integrity is relevant and very costly in terms of time and human resources. It is not possible to create a real emergency situation at an existing production facility. It is possible to obtain information about the presence of a defect at an industrial facility only by simulating such a situation. For this, an experimental stand has been developed that allows monitoring the functioning of a closed air duct system of a simulated object. Situations are modeled under various external influences: when the dynamic characteristics of the working environment change; when various types of defects appear, etc. Functionally, the experimental stand was created as close as possible to real conditions. The developed stand opens up opportunities for practical experiments and direct obtaining of experimental data to identify defects in the air duct. To detect damage to the air circuit, integration of technical developments with the method of multiple signal classification (MUSIC) was performed.

Purpose: In the frames of ongoing digital transformation of transport complex in a whole and railway transport in particular, to give brief analytical characterization of being developed digital platforms and services. To consider promising technologies that are either at launch stage or on the way to the peak of overpriced expectations as to technological hype cycle of Gartner Research Company. To give an example of unified knowledge base as a basis of digital platform for multimodal transportation. Methods: Methods for visual structuring of information were used, in particular, mental maps (intellect-maps). To represent subject area ontology, a semantic network was used as a method for knowledge representation. Results: The pursued analysis of being developed and existing digital platforms and services has shown that besides data, there should lie at their basis more complex informational units — an active knowledge. This requires the method of data integration from disparate sources, their integration and circulation as within one industry as well as between various industries in order of knowledge generation and spread. In view of work specifics of transport various kinds, participating in multimodal transportations, the subject area, uniting all kinds of transport, should be chosen for this. The application of "cargo transportation" subject area has been justified by virtue of which, it is necessary to create management system of cargo flows on railway transport. Ontology fragment, describing "cargo transportation" domain for railway transport, has been worked out. Practical significance: The necessity of applying active knowledge to create autonomous intellectual productions on transport is shown. The use of knowledge bases, established on ontologies, will allow to raise the level of interaction of transport various kinds in "narrow" places during cargo transshipment as well as to expand the range of services, provided to customers.

Введение: в статье рассматривается проблема формирования конструктивной правовой идеологии в российском обществе как инструмента противодействия преступности. Материалы и методы: исследование основано на классических логических методах, структурно-функционалистском подходе. При подготовке статьи применен контент-анализ. Также автор опирался на результаты эмпирических исследований М.М. Корнишиной, В.А. Половинкина, Ш.Г. Утарбекова. Результаты исследования: автор анализирует уровень преступности и эффективность мер по ее борьбе, отмечая неблагоприятную тенденцию ее роста в России и других странах. Обозначается проблема несостоятельности повышения уровня правопорядка только лишь за счет модернизации правоохранительных органов. Также обращается внимание на внешние факторы, такие как дестабилизация общественной обстановки и нарушение социального благополучия, влияющие на развитие преступности. Обсуждение и заключение: автор считает необходимым развитие конструктивной правовой идеологии как способа преодоления преступности, предлагает анализ готовности членов общества к принятию конкретных форм правовой идеологии, а также перспективу проведения идеологической работы в данном направлении. Introduction: the author covers the legal ideology formation in the Russian society as a tool of countering crime. Materials and Methods: the study is based on classical logical method, structural-functionalist approach. The author used content analysis as well as results of empirical studies of M.M. Kornishina, V.A. Polovinkin, Sh.G. Utarbekov. Results: the author analyses the crime level and enforcement measures to counter the crime indicating the trend of its increasing in Russia and abroad, defines the insufficient level of public security solely on account of modernisation of law enforcement agencies. The author pays special attention to external factors, such as social environment instability and social welfare breach influencing the development of crime. Discussion and Conclusions: the author sees it necessary to develop the constructive legal ideology as a way to overcome crime, presents the analysis of preparedness of society to agree to specific forms of legal ideology, and the prospect of conducting ideological work in this direction.
