Kuchen bildende Filtration von Suspensionen und Filterberechnung

Abstract: Bei der Kuchen bildenden Filtration von Suspensionen zielt man auf eine optimale Trennung der Feststoffteilchen von der Mutterflüssigkeit. Der durch eine Druckdifferenz gebildete Filterkuchen wird nach der Filtrationsphase entfeuchtet und eventuell vorher gewaschen. Wichtigste Zielgrößen bei der Beurteilung der Filterleistung sind der Feststoffdurchsatz, die Kuchenrestfeuchte und bei Kuchenwaschung der Restgehalt an Auszuwaschendem im Kuchen und die dafür erforderliche Waschflüssigkeitsmenge.
