Abstract: Es wird ein neuartiges Verfahren zur kortllosen und h6chstauflSsenden Fixierung von Ionen-und Elektronenbildern mittels lichtoptischer Interferenzfilter mitgeteilt.Trifft ein Ionen-oder Elektronenstrahl die Oberfl~che eines im Vakuum von etwa 10 -4 mm Hg befindlichen Festk6rpers, so bildet sich an der Auftreffstelle infolge. des u yon 01-bzw.
