Abstract: Der templatgesteuerte Einbau von Nukleotiden am Terminus eines Komplementärstrangs ist die Grundlage der Replikation. Im Fall von RNA kann dieser Vorgang in Abwesenheit von Enzymen stattfinden, wenn die Ribonukleotide vorher in eine Aktivspezies mit einer Abgangsgruppe überführt werden.
