Article 33 of the 1945 Constitution (UUD 1945) has been a focal topic of normative legal study because of the tension it highlights between the competing goals of economic efficiency and social fairness. Public policy, particularly in the areas of energy and the environment, is impacted by this problem. Article 33 of the 1945 Constitution requires the government to exercise control over natural resources. However, this provision sometimes leads to “constitutional extractivism,” which puts efficiency ahead of social justice and environmental sustainability. This problem is especially noticeable in Indonesia’s mining investments, where a concentration on economic expansion at the expense of environmental and social justice is a real risk. Conventional techniques that place too much emphasis on quantitative data or public engagement need to be abandoned in favour of renegotiating objectives in the socioeconomic agenda from a public policy viewpoint. Indicators of social justice and environmental sustainability should be acknowledged as critical factors in the new paradigm. More study is required to align energy and environmental policy with societal and economic imperatives. The effects on society and the environment must be included in any policy that seeks to promote the use of renewable energy. To ensure that policies are just and lasting, they should be evaluated and revised on a regular basis.

This research focuses on the juridical analysis of interlocutory decisions in cases of embezzlement in office, with a case study of RD. Yudi Suyud Indriardi and PT Employee Cooperative. Indonesian post. Existing studies generally take a normative approach to the regulation of legal processes, but are still limited in providing analysis of the application of these laws in actual judicial practice. This research aims to fill this gap by providing a more concrete analysis and possible solutions to the inconsistencies that exist in interlocutory decisions. The research method used is a normative juridical approach using primary and secondary legal materials. In-depth and focused research on cases such as RD Yudi Suyud Indriardi will produce new insights regarding the application of Article 143 of the Criminal Procedure Code which aims to strengthen the legal basis of judges' decisions and guarantee the rights of defendants. This research makes a significant contribution to theoretical understanding and practical application in the justice system. By examining cases and court decisions, this research contributes to the enrichment of existing legal literature by providing an in-depth analysis of the extent to which judges' considerations influence the validity and quality of decisions. From a practical perspective, this research demonstrates the need for precision in the writing and formulation of indictments and judge's decisions, which must meet the standards set by law. This research also emphasizes the importance of better understanding of Article 143 of the Criminal Procedure Code among legal practitioners.

Berdasarkan uraian sifat-sifat Koperasi diatas maka yang menjadi Landasan Koperasi dalam UUD 1945, pasal 33 Ayat 1, yang menjadi dasar perekonomian Indonesia disebutkan "Perekonomian disusun sebagai usaha bersama berdasarkan atas asas kekeluargaan" (6). Koperasi Simpan Pinjam (KSP) Sangkakala Abadi Palu merupakan salah satu Koperasi yang bergerak diusaha simpan pinjam yang berdiri pada tahun 1993. Kemudian pada tahun 1994 Koperasi tersebut berbadan hukum dengan nomor 685/BH/XIX. Dengan aktivitas pada Koperasi Simpan Pinjam, yaitu berupa penyaluran kredit pada para anggota Koperasi dan non anggota Koperasi. Fungsi Koperasi simpan pinjam dalam penyaluran kredit menjadi kegiatan utama yang patut dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kesejateraan anggota, melalui peningkatan Sisah Hasil Usaha (SHU) dari waktu kewaktu. Peningkatan kesejateraan anggota merupakan alat ukur bagi keberhasilan suatu Koperasi simpan pinjam. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif adalah penelitian yang melakukan pengumpulan data-data keuangan di lokasi penelitian. Teknik Analisis Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan analisis trand setiap tahun yang dijadikan populasi yaitu Rrealisasi Anggaran Kredit Koperasi Simpan Pinjam (KSP) Sangkakala Abadi Palu tahun 2017, 2018 dan tahun 2019. Analisis Trand yang ditampilkan dalam bentuk tabel dan grafik. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa efektivitas perkembangan realisasi Realisasi Anggaran Kredit Pada Koperasi Simpan Pinjam (KSP) Sangkakala Abadi Palu setiap tahun dari tahun 2017, 2018 dan tahun 2019 mengalami fluktuasi dan sebagian besar simpanan anggota koperasi mengalami peningkatan.
