Kondrogenesis Adipose-Derived Stem Cells Menggunakan Platelet-Rich Plasma Pada Scaffold Sutra

Show more

“…supplementation increased DPSC proliferation without negatively affecting their media (14). This potential effect is similar to platelet-rich plasma supplementation in adipose-derived stem cells (ADSCs) media that increased the rate of cell proliferation as well as their doubling time (15,16). In addition, ascorbic acid that has high anti-oxidant activity showed increased proliferation (15), induced chondrogenic and osteogenic differentiation (17,18), and delayed aging process (19).…”

“…Therefore, MSCs are important for research and further applications because they have the potential for tumor cell control 3 . Adipose-derived stem cells (ASCs) are also stem cells that can differentiate into various types of cells, including chondrocytes 4 . The process of cartilage formation begins with the differentiation of MSCs into chondrocytes; transcription factors such as sox6 and cbfa1 contribute to the production of COL1A1, COL2A1, and aggrecan enhancers 5, 6 .…”
