Kolorektales Karzinom: Rolle bildgebender Verfahren in der Vorsorge

Abstract: Das kolorektale Karzinom (CRK) ist mit einer Inzidenz von 30 Neuerkrankungen pro 100.000 Einwohner pro Jahr in Europa bei Frauen das zweit-und bei Männern das dritthäufigste Karzinom. Es hat unter den Krebserkrankungen nach dem Bronchialkarzinom die zweithöchste Mortalität. In Europa erkrankten im Jahr 2018 Jahr knapp 500.000 Menschen am kolorektalen Karzinom; über 240.000 sterben daran [1].
