Knowledge visualisation and strategic decision-making outcomes in small and medium-sized enterprises

Abstract: This article examines the direct and indirect (through strategic decision-making processes) impacts of knowledge visualisation on strategic decision quality and strategic decision commitment in small- and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
