Purpose: Identity fraud is a growing issue for online retail organisations. The literature on this issue is scattered, and none of the studies presents a holistic view of identity fraud management practices in online retail context. Therefore, this study aims at investigating the identity fraud management practices and presents a comprehensive set of practices for e-tail sector.Methodology: A systematic literature review approach was adopted, and the articles were selected through pre-set inclusion criteria. We synthesised existing literature to investigate identity fraud management in e-tail sector. Findings:The research finds that literature on practices for identity fraud management is scattered. Findings also reveal that firms assume identity fraud issues as a technological challenge, which is one of the major reasons for a gap in effective management of identity frauds. This research suggests e-tailers to deal this issue as a management challenge and counter strategies should be developed in technological, human and organisational aspects. Research limitations:This study is limited to the published sources of data. Studies, based on empirical data, will be helpful to support the argument of this study, additionally future studies are recommended to include a wide number of databases.Originality: This research makes unique contributions by synthesising existing literature at each stage of fraud management and encompasses social, organisational and technological aspects. It will also help academicians understanding a holistic view of available research and opens new lines for future research.Practical implications: This research will help e-tail organisations to understand the whole of identity fraud management and help them develop and implement a comprehensive set of practices at each stage, for effective management identity frauds.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur pengaruh hard skills dan soft skills terhadap kemampuan inovasi guru sekolah Islam di Jakarta dan Tangerang yang dimediasi oleh organizational culture. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan pengambilan sampel acak sederhana melalui elektronik ke populasi guru di Jakarta dan Tangerang. Hasil kuesioner yang dikembalikan dan valid adalah 667 sampel. Pemrosesan data menggunakan metode SEM dengan perangkat lunak SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa hard skills dan soft skills berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kemampuan inovasi guru, baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui mediasi organizational culture. Penelitian baru ini mengusulkan sebuah model untuk membangun kemampuan inovasi guru sekolah Islam di antara para guru di Jakarta dan Tangerang melalui peningkatan hard skills dan soft skills dengan organizational culture sebagai mediator. Penelitian ini dapat membuka jalan untuk meningkatkan kesiapan guru dalam menghadapi era pendidikan 4.0.

University structures and processes often militate against the promotion of connectedness learning. From the outside, they are often seen as walled gardens, restricting the flow of people and information between themselves and the outside world, while on the inside, the often-used metaphor is a series of siloes, where staff, programs, and organisational areas in different academic and functional areas all work in parallel to each other with relatively little interaction. If we are to support students to develop connections and use these to work and live productively and meaningfully, then it follows that universities themselves should also be well connected. This chapter explores the range of approaches that universities can use to overcome the institutional barriers to connectedness. Seven enabling institutional strategies are outlined which can be used to create, grow and maintain inter-and intrainstitutional connectedness. The chapter then introduces three empirical studies which explore how these enabling strategies are being integrated within and across different higher education institutions, and the impact they have had toward enhancing graduates' connectedness capabilities.
