In recent years, entrepreneurial bricolage acts as an effective way to solve the problem of resource constraint in new firms, and then gradually attracted attention from related scholars in entrepreneurship field. However, the existing literatures have an obviously insufficient of the implementation and driving factor of entrepreneurial bricolage behavior. Therefore, in this paper, we integrate entrepreneurial bricolage theory with transformational leadership theory to construct a theory model among dual-level (i.e., individual-focused and group-focused) transformational leadership, entrepreneurial bricolage and new firm performance by means of 194 questionnaires to empirical analysis. The results show that the entrepreneurial bricolage has the mediated role in the relationship between dual-level transformational leadership and new firm performance.

The objectives of this study are to substantiate the principles of advance education and the requirements for the new generation of educational programs aimed at developing competences for the design, manufacture, operation and maintenance of complex industrial systems integrated into intellectual production, environments, and robotic systems. The study included formulating a hypothesis, refining the conceptual framework, creating the necessary empirical base, reviewing the cases of world leading universities, and presenting and substantiating the main features of advance management education that meet the current challenges. A flexible modular architecture of the educational process was developed which allows making timely adjustments to the content and teaching methods to include new knowledge. The experience of testing the results obtained in consulting practice, in teaching master's degree students at Ural Federal University (Russia) and in educational projects for leaders and breakthrough teams of large energy corporations is described. The academic novelty of the results lies in the comprehensive examination of the issue of advance education, the conditions and the tools for its implementation within the framework of the proactive management methodology developed by the authors for sustainable business development in a revolutionary and changing industrial landscape.

Purpose When integrating smart elements offered by emergent technologies, libraries are facing the challenges of technological renovation and maintaining their operation using emerging technology. Given the importance of smart library, new technologies are needed in building new libraries or renovation of existing libraries. The purpose of this paper is to propose a risk warning system for library construction or renovation in the aspect of risk management. Design/methodology/approach The proposed Internet of Things (IoT)-based system consists of sensors that automatically monitor the status of materials, equipment and construction activities in real time. AI techniques including case-based reasoning and fuzzy sets are applied. Findings The proposed system can easily track material flow and visualize construction processes. The experiment shows that the proposed system can effectively detect, monitor and manage risks in construction projects including library construction. Originality/value Compared with existing risk warning systems, the proposed IoT-based system requires less data for making dynamic predictions. The proposed system can be applied to new builds and renovation of libraries.
