Knowledge and technology transfer barriers - Polish universities perspectives

Abstract: The aim of this paper is to identify the barriers to the knowledge transfer and university research commercialization system in Poland on the basis of qualitative research of the 20 biggest Polish universities. The research revealed that there are three main groups of barriers referring to macro environment, university system and human factors.
