“…We carried out a cross-sectional study in two phases: phase 1 in February 2021 and phase 2 in April 2021, as part of a BRAC programme effectiveness evaluation in six districts of Bangladesh, namely Narayanganj, Kishoreganj, Sherpur, Bogura, Bagerhat, and Bhola. We adapted the multi-stage sampling technique of the baseline survey of that evaluation [ 27 ].
