Knee Extensor Muscle Strength and Vertical Jumping Performance Characteristics in Pre- and Post-Pubertal Boys

Abstract: Knee extensor muscle strength and vertical jumping performance characteristics were compared between 14 pre-pubertal (11-year-old) and post-pubertal (16-year-old) boys.
