Klippel-Trenaunay syndrome (KTS) is a rare congenital anomaly characterized by capillary malformations, soft tissue and bone hypertrophy and varicosities. The presence of at least two of the three clinical conditions is sufficient for the diagnosis of KTS. Early diagnosis and treatment are important because of possible serious complications such as deep vein thrombosis and pulmonary embolism. Venous system aplasia and/or hypoplasia might be observed in KTS. Therefore, deep venous system must be evaluated definitely before determining the treatment strategy. It's herein presented our conservative and surgical treatment applications in three KTS patients.

Servelle-Martorell sendromu, etyolojisi ve prognozu tam olarak bilinmemesine karşın, tutulan ekstremitenin yumuşak doku hipertrofisi ve kas-iskelet sistemi hipotrofisi ile karakterize, genellikle venöz, ancak nadiren arteriyel vasküler malformasyonudur. Genellikle vasküler malformasyonların tedavisinde cerrahi kısıtlı şartlarda uygulanmakla birlikte, komplikasyon gelişiminde kaçınılmazdır. Bu vasküler malformasyonlar sıklıkla kompresyon çorabı ve ilaçlar ile medikal olarak tedavi edilir. Bu yazıda, venöz malformasyon nedeniyle cerrahi olarak tedavi edilen 20 yaşında bir Servelle-Martorell sendromlu erkek olgu sunuldu.

Klippel Trenaunay Sendromu(KTS); genellikle neonatal dönemde ortaya çıkan kutanöz hemanjiyom, doğuştan venöz anomaliler, kemik ve yumuşak dokuda hipertrofi ile karakterizedir. Çoğunlukla periferik bulgularla tanı alan KTS nadiren de olsa gastrointestinal sistemi (GİS) içeren vasküler malformasyonlar ile birlikte karşımıza çıkabilir. Bu yazıda rektal kanama ve anemi şikayeti ile başvuran, herhangi bir periferik bulgusu olmadan distal kolon, rektum, mesane ve dalak tutulumuyla karşımıza çıkan 45 yaşında erkek hasta sunulmuştur. Anemi tedavisi ve transfüzyona yanıt alınamayan hastada küratif tedavi olarak rektosigmoid rezeksiyon(anterior rezeksiyon) ve koloanal anastomoz ameliyatı uygulandı.
