Kinetics of Nanostructuring Processes of Material Surface under Influence of Laser Radiation

Abstract: In this paper, further research is conducted for a synergetic model that describes the state of the material surface in the process of laser irradiation. Namely, the previously studied approach of mutually coordinated behavior of the relaxation field, concentration of relaxation zones, and field of stress is supplemented with a nonlinear term.
