Milenial dianggap sebagai wirausahawan paling potensial karena mereka kreatif, inovatif, dan otodidak. Milenial juga memiliki kepercayaan diri dan efikasi diri yang sangat mempengaruhi niat berwirausaha seseorang. Apalagi berdasarkan beberapa penelitian, motivasi memiliki pengaruh terhadap niat berwirausaha seseorang. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh Self Efficacy dan Motivasi terhadap Niat Berwirausaha. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Jumlah responden adalah 187 siswa pada tahun terakhir sekolah bisnis di Indonesia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Self Efficacy dan Motivasi baik secara parsial maupun simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Niat Berwirausaha.

Background: Desa Tenjojaya merupakan desa yang memiliki potensi untuk mengembangkan potensi masyarakat untuk berwirausaha, salah satu dari sekian banyak produk yang dapat dihasilkan dari desa ini, salah satu produk yang sangat terkenal adalah produk gula aren. Di sisi lain, desa ini memiliki berbagai keterbatasan, tidak hanya dari akses pendanaan, teknis pemasaran dan pengembangan produk dengan teknologi modern. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah memberikan pemberdayaan sumber daya masyarakat dalam berwirausaha. Metode: Kegiatan seminar kewirausahaan dengan jumlah peserta 35 orang yang memiliki unit usaha maupun tidak. Hasil: Menunjukkan bahwa para peserta sangat antusias mengikuti kegiatan seminar yang diadakan. Sehingga masyarakat Desa Tenjojaya memiliki motivasi untuk bangkit memperbaiki taraf ekonomi keluarganya malalui aktifitas kewirausahaan. Kesimpulan: Memberikan pengalaman yang berharga baik bagi pelaksana maupun bagi para peserta hal ini membuktikan bahwa kegiatan yang sudah direncanakan mampu berjalan dengan baik.

This research examines the Santripreneur in Santrendelik in terms of tangible evidence of the pesantren’s concern for entrepreneurship and religiosity comprehensively. This qualitative research uses a phenomenological approach with triangulation as a source and analysis of the validity of the data. This study found that pesantren have an important role in developing the economic independence of Santri in the future. This research also proves that the concept of Islamic entrepreneurship also known as Santripreneur in Santrendelik is clear evidence of the pesantren’s concern for entrepreneurship and religiosity, this can be proven through two leading activities in Santrendelik, namely oxygen alms and goat bank. The oxygen alms program has become a concrete manifestation of Santrendelik’s concern for the environment and the future based on cooperation from various parties. Therefore, planting trees and protecting the environment so that it remains sustainable is a shared responsibility. Furthermore, the goat bank has become concrete evidence of Santripreneurs in Santrendelik, because the goat bank is a productivealms that can make alms funds optimally utilized for economic activities which in this case are goats so that the value of blessings and benefits is increasingly felt by the community.
