Key success factors for implementing Taiwan TrainQuali System (TTQS) in Taiwanese enterprises

Abstract: Facing the change of economic environment and the need of enhancing competitive advantages, small and medium-sized enterprises in Taiwan utilize â\u80\u98Taiwan TrainQuali System (TTQS)â\u80\u99 on training talents. In order to maximize the benefits of TTQS implementation and increase the training efficiency, this paper aims to use â\u80\u98grey relational analysis (GRA)â\u80\u99 to extract key success factors (KSFs) from 46 factors, which influence the implementation of TTQS. Moreover, this study also verifie… Show more

“…According to Lee et al (2015), KSFs are variables with respect to characteristics that pertain to one occasion, but not necessarily another occasion. They continue that if an analysis of KSFs is steered, it shouldn't be a description, but instead endorse a more general theory about the study linked to those exact characteristics.…”

“…They continue that if an analysis of KSFs is steered, it shouldn't be a description, but instead endorse a more general theory about the study linked to those exact characteristics. According to them, KSFs will lead into four typical research tasks for an empirical analysis: measuring perceived KSFs, finding additional hypotheses about actual causes of value and lower relative costs, measuring how businesses score on potential KSFs and measuring perceived value and relative costs (Lee et al 2015). As Bullen and Rockart (1981) have stated, finding out exact KSFs in turbulent environments in which companies are operating, will require a mixture of research methods.…”
