Kewenangan Pemerintah Daerah Mengenai Pelestarian Lahan Pertanian Padi Pandanwangi Cianjur Sebagai Bagian Dari Indikasi Geografis

Abstract: Padi/Beras Pandanwangi Cianjur merupakan produk unggulan di Kabupaten Cianjur yang terdaftar sebagai Indikasi Geografis yang hanya dapat ditanam di 7 kecamatan saja di Kabupaten Cianjur, yang keberadaannya perlu dilindungi. Namun dalam perkembangannya keberadaan lahan budidaya Padi Pandanwangi Cianjur terus berkurang.
