Keratosis lichenoides chronica

Abstract: Keratosis lichenoides chronica (KLC) is a rare chronic dermatosis characterized by lichenoid hyperkeratotic papules arranged in a linear and reticular pattern, and seborrheic-dermatitis-like lesions on the face. Less frequently, palmoplantar keratoderma, nail dystrophies, mucosal as well as eye lesions are present. KLC affects adults and very few cases have been reported in childhood.
