Keratoacanthoma Arising in Stasis Dermatitis

Abstract: A case of keratoacanthoma arising in stasis dermatitis is presented. The eczematous dermatitis was aggravated by episodes of deep tissue inflammation, yet the common course of the tumor was not altered. To our knowledge, this is the first report of a keratoacanthoma arising in stasis dermatitis.
