Abstract: Latar Belakang: Kepemimpinan merupakan kemampuan seseorang dalam memimpin dan menduduki jabatan, sebagai pemimpin satuan kerja, sehingga dengan perilaku positifnya ia memberikan sumbangsih dalam pencapaian organisasi.
