Abstract: Pengecilan saiz antarahubung dalam papan litar bercetak (PCB) membawa kepada migrasi elektrokimia (ECM) dan kemudiannya menyebabkan litar pintas. ECM merupakan salah satu jenis kakisan yang ketara menjejaskan kebolehtahanan kakisan kepada peralatan elektronik.
