The purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness of web-based immune system comic media that has been previously developed through a development research process. This research is a pre-experimental study with typesone group pretest-posttest design. The sample of this research was students of class XI MIPA 1, XI MIPA 5, and XI MIPA 6 in one of the high schools in Purworejo. The sampling technique that was adopted in this research was cluster random sampling, involving 107 students as the total sample. In this study the learning process of the immune system material held by using web-based immune system comic media. The research data is in the form of students' creative thinking skills, types of activities in comics and their benefits for practicing creative thinking skills, and data on the implementation of teaching and learning processes. The data collection method was carried out by giving students formative tests (comic gap questions and description questions), observation sheets, and student response questionnaires. Descriptive qualitative method was used to analyze to obtained data. The research results show that creative thinking skills (could be known from the N-gain score). Student those who achieved moderate and high N-gain categories were 83% and 14% respectively (3% of students achieved low N-gain categories). The classical completeness level is 87.8%. This shows > 75% of students have achieved KKM (with good category). Based on the results of observing the learning process using comics, the information showed that the learning process that was carried out was useful to train creative thinking skills on students and the teaching and learning process can be carried out according to the RPP. The conclusion of this research is that web-based immune system comic media is effective for training students' creative thinking skills.

Film is a mass communication media in the form of a series of motion pictures taken from moving objects andpresentedin a continuous movement of the events that serves as a medium of entertainment, education, and information. One of the film genres that is popular in Indonesia today is the superhero genre such as Gundala Putra Petir film. The Gundala figure is an adaptation of Hasmi's comic character that was adapted into films in 1981 and 2019. The Gundala Putra Petir film cannot be separated from the promotional media, one of which is film poster. On a film poster, there are visual communication design elements in the form of pictures (illustrations), letters and typography, colors, composition, and layout. The purpose of this study was to determine the visual aesthetics of Gundala film posters designed in different eras. This research was a qualitative research using descriptive method with aesthetic approach. The five elements were discussed using Monroe Beardsley's aesthetic theory to determine the aesthetic values of the film posters' visual styles to determine the ideal aesthetic values in the visualization of the film posters.

The fight between the good and evil is a relationship that has existed in stories since the ancient times. This relation is one form of binary opposition relationships. The binary opposition is a social phenomenon that occurs in the comic universe society, which is commonly found in comics with superhero action genre. Thus this research applied hermeneutical phenomenology, which seeks to observe and then interpret a condition on a particular phenomenon. In the modern world, the binary opposition relationship is still ongoing and can be found in the new media such as the comic books. In the comics, there is a relationship between protagonist and antagonist characters divided based on the time of appearance and based on the number of individuals involved. In addition, the binary opposition relationship between comic characters often leads to their popularity and existence as characters representing both the good and the evil side as a reaction from fans who seeks to fulfill their curiosity towardthe comic characters.
