Kahramanmaraş’ta 2005-2007 Yıllarında Anal Yoldan Cinsel Saldırı İddiası Bulunan Olguların Değerlendirilmesi

Abstract

Cinsel sald›r› olgular›n›n ço¤unlu¤u kad›nlar olmakla birlikte erkeklere karfl› yap›lan cinsel sald›r›lar da s›k görülmektedir.Çocuk cinsel istismar› olgular›nda özellikle erkek çocuklar sald›r›n›n hedefi olabilmektedir. Ayr›ca her iki cinsiyette anal bölge cinsel sald›r› hedefi olarak seçilebilmektedir.Çal›flmada; anal yoldan cinsel sald›r› iddias› bulunan olgular›n demografik özelliklerinin ortaya konulmas› ve olgularda tespit edilen lezyonlar›n literatür eflli¤inde tart›fl›lmas› amaçland›. Kahramanmaras region were included into the study and a form was filled in a face to face meeting. Cases were analysed with their examination findings. 101 (81,5 %) female and 23 (18,5 %) male cases, total 124 cases, were examined at this period. Among these cases, 36 cases were under suspicion of anal sexual assault and 33.3 % of them were male and 66.7 % of them were female, also there were physical signs in 44.4 % of cases.
