Journalism on Social Media: Different Profiles of Journalistic Content on the Facebook Pages of Brazilian Newspapers

Abstract: This work aims to present a typology of uses of social media by Brazilian traditional newspapers, by analyzing their journalistic content. The research observed 9,993 posts from nine regional newspapers on their Facebook fan pages. We use a quantitative approach through a content analysis of the posts about news collected.
