Job Satisfaction and Occupational Stress in Organizational Commitment Among Midwives Working in the Maternity Wards; Mashhad, Iran, 2014

Abstract: Background: Stress and job dissatisfaction have organizational outcomes such as reduction in performance, increase in the rate of absence, turnover intentions, increase in the rate of resignation, decrease in job performance and life satisfaction, and also reduction in organizational commitment.
