Abstract: L'implantation d'un programme régional en prévention des toxicomanies dans la région de Montréal a été rendue possible grâce è l'implication des divers partenaires du milieu. Cet article décrit les démarches de concertation et les activités réalisées dans le cadre de ce programme dans deux quartiers pilotes.
