Stakeholders are involved in the management of the Forest Management Unit (FMU) Batutegi, including the marketing of non-timber forest products (NTFP). The performance of NTFP marketing in the FMU Batutegi currently has not provided optimal benefits, especially for forest farmers. Stakeholders have divergent interests and influence in NTFP marketing. The research aimed to analyze the interests and influence of each stakeholder and the relationship between stakeholders in the marketing of NTFP. Data collection was carried out through observation and interviews. Interviews were conducted with informants and stakeholders. The scoring method was used in this study. Data and information were analyzed qualitatively. The study results showed that the marketing of NTFP in the FMU Batutegi involves 15 stakeholders. There are 11 parties with moderately high interest and 8 parties with moderately high influence. FMU Batutegi is the most responsible party or central actor in NTFP marketing because it has relationships with important stakeholders, has the most relationships, and can control the flow of information in the network. The method’s usefulness for understanding stakeholders’ position in NTFP marketing. The study result is expected to be utilized by policymakers to facilitate cooperation between stakeholders to achieve optimal NTFP marketing performance. Certainty of property rights will ensure the sustainability of resources, including the use of non-commercial clean water in the Bukit Tiga Puluh National Park (TNBT) area. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, field observations, and document studies. The results showed that the Sejuk Lestari Drinking Water Supply and Sanitation System Management Group (KPSPAMS) as water manager is a proprietor. The people of Lahai Kemuning Village as water users are authorized users. Balai TNBT as the party that manages the area is the owner. The Department of Public Works and Public Housing (PUPR) of Indragiri Hulu Regency as the party that builds water facilities and infrastructure is an authorized entrance.

Forest Management is an important key to balancing the needs of human life with environmental sustainability. The needs of human life, which continue to increase every day, will certainly put more pressure on forest sustainability, so managing forests in a fair, wise, and prudent manner will certainly bring greater benefits. West Sulawesi Province has a total forest area of 1.06 million hectares, or around 63% of the total land area of West Sulawesi. As time goes by and the population increases, forest management becomes increasingly complex and creates many existing problems and challenges. To answer these problems and challenges, the role of each existing stakeholder is required. Stakeholders can also be said to be actors who have power, roles, relationships, power and interests; therefore, it is very important to research related actors who play an active role and have great power in forest management in West Sulawesi using actor analysis methods. This method will later map and capture every actor involved in forest management in West Sulawesi into groups that have power and interests. So by knowing their power and interests, it is hoped that forest management in West Sulawesi will get better in the future.
