IκB kinase-beta inhibitor attenuates hepatic fibrosis in mice

Abstract: IKK2 inhibitor IMD markedly improved non-alcoholic fatty liver disease in mice by lowering NF-κB activation, which could become a remedial target for liver fibrosis.
