Ixodes ricinus Tick Lipocalins: Identification, Cloning, Phylogenetic Analysis and Biochemical Characterization

Abstract: BackgroundDuring their blood meal, ticks secrete a wide variety of proteins that interfere with their host's defense mechanisms.
