It’s not fair to compare transcatheter aortic valve implantation with surgical replacement

Abstract: Surgical aortic valve replacement (SAVR) is still class I recommendation for the treatment of patients with symptomatic severe aortic valve stenosis(AS) according to recent guidelines.
