Isotonic Drinks Based on Organic Grape Juice and Naturally Flavored with Herb and Spice Extracts

Abstract: The aim of this study was the elaboration of isotonic drinks rich in bioactive compounds and antioxidant activity using organic ingredients and without synthetic additives.
