Die Anwendung mikroskopischer Beobachtungm init plarisiertem Licht erbrachbe neuc Tatsaclien iiber die Existenz und Beziehungen polymorpher Xodifikationen an den reinen festm Tetrahrorniden. SummaryThe freezing-point curves of several binary systems of tctrabromides and -iodides belonging to group I V (see above) are communicated. I n the solid state, complete solubility, complete disintegration or large miscibility gaps occur. New results about the existence and relations of p9lymorphic modifications of solid tetrabromides have been obtained hy means of microscopic polarization technics.
