Neutralizing antibody to Warrego virus has been recorded in 7 out of 62 cattle and 20 out of 51 macro pods by Doherty et al (1973). The high incidence of antibodies in macro pods and the large number of isolates from C. marksi at Beatrice Hill is compatible with the virus surviving in a C. marksi-marsupial cycle as postulated by Doherty (1972).…”
