Isolated proximal tibiofibular joint arthritis in a patient with juvenile idiopathic arthritis: A case report

Abstract: We report the case of a 14-year-old girl of juvenile idiopathic arthritis (JIA) with isolated and chronic proximal tibiofibular (PTF) joint arthritis. The clinical history, magnetic resonance imaging, and pathological findings of the patient are presented. We should be careful to evaluate the patient for chronic lateral knee pain, and consider concomitant evaluation for JIA, including rheumatoid arthritis.
