According to the 1 H and 13 C data, a bibenzyl skeleton with one hydroxyl, one acetyl, one prenyl, and three O-methyl groups was deduced [13]. The signal at G C 112.4 is assigned to the nonprotonated carbon atom C-4c, based on correlations to the two-proton singlet at G H 6.43 (H-2c, H-6c) as well as due to the correlation of C-4c to the two-proton doublet at G H 3.31 (H-7c); C-4c was identified as the site of attachment of the prenyl group.…”
