Ischemic Cardiopathy from CIS-Diamminedichloroplatinum (CDDP)

Abstract: The authors report a case of ischemic cardiopathy that occured during therapy with CDDP in a woman with an ovarian cancer which had been extensively pre-treated with adriamycin.
