Energy efficiency evaluation of industrial park customers is carried out to help customers develop optimization strategies and improve the energy efficiency level. The evaluation indexes are proposed based on pressure-state-response (PSR) model and the redundant indexes are selected by combining principal component analysis (PCA) and correlation analysis. Thus the dynamic energy efficiency index system is constructed. The weight of indexes is calculated by the entropy weight method (EWM). An energy efficiency evaluation model based on improved Grey-technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution (TOPSIS) is proposed, which replaces the Euclidean distance by weighted grey correlation degree and can accurately evaluate customers' energy efficiency level. An energy efficiency optimization model is proposed, which can maximize optimization benefits while improving energy efficiency. With the rise and advancement of technology, early detection and involvement in health-associated monitoring through home control are growing with population aging. The expansion of healthy life expectations is progressively significant due to the speedy aging of the world population. The patient requires early and home-based treatment to detect and prevent disease on time and with less effort. Home-based health monitoring has been considered the need of a smart home. The services of health monitoring can facilitate the patient by collecting and analyzing the data of health for tackling diverse complex issues of health at a large scale. Health monitoring is a sustainable progression of clinical trials for ensuring that health is monitored according to the defined protocol and standard operating procedures. Various scenarios can be considered for monitoring health and are performed through experts of the field. Healthcare systems are having large-scale infrastructure of electronic devices, medical information systems, wearable and smart devices, medical records, and handheld devices. The growth in medical infrastructure, combined with the development of computational approaches in healthcare, has empowered practitioners and researchers to devise a novel solution in the innovative spectra. A detailed report of the existing literature in terms of deep learning and transfer learning is the dire need and facilitating of modern healthcare. To overcome these limitations, therefore, the proposed study presents a comprehensive review of the existing approaches, techniques, and methods associated with deep learning and transfer learning for health monitoring. This review will help researchers to formulate new ideas for facilitating healthcare based on the existing evidence.

It is just one of the numerous signs that every natural thing interrelates with each other. Novel coronavirus outbreak began in China in December 2019. It continues to alter the society causing economic plight across the globe, including highly developed nations and medical researchers remaining wide awake to seek an effective vaccine. Regardless of race or even status, nobody is spared from the threat of this virus.Termination of this virus considering the sorrowful count of deaths and transfer cases requires the demand to utilize sufficient vital equipment, systematic and prepared facilities-one of these is the application of technology that could support physical distance limitation among individuals referred to as the Internet of Things or IoT.More than ever is a significant period to discuss the gaps concerning IoT. It necessitates professionals and tech specialists to determine these issues with an appropriate methodology for further system refinement. They must also decide involving the certainty of convenience, predominates its market price, and setbacks. Moreover, the congress must construct a bill that would cover IoT users' data and privacy rights.
