Is the transposition of the nipple-areolar complex necessary in Simon grade 2b gynecomastia operations using suction-assisted liposuction?

Abstract: It was concluded that SAL provides a good aesthetic outcome in patients with Simon grade 2b gynecomastia and shortens the SNN distance by 1 cm, but further clinical studies are required to support this conclusion.
