“…The concentration of D + particles in W (in at %) was estimated using data [18] on the distribution profiles of 6 keV D + ions in W and their total range λ t in the interval 300 ≤ λ t ≤ 1100 nm and radiation dose in the interval 0.032 × 10 18 ≤ Φ ≤ 1.7 × 10 18 cm -2 . According to [15], with an increase of Φ in the range 0.05 × 10 18 ≤ Φ ≤ 1.65 × 10 18 cm -2 , the con centration of D particles increases from 0.5 to 4.2 at % and from 0.45 to 3.25 at % for both composition types, correspondingly. In addition, the coefficient of deute rium capture decreases from approximately 0.09 to 0.03.…”

“…Studies of deute rium accumulation accompanied by the formation of solid solutions and their disintegration in the crystal lattice of tungsten coatings were not carried out. This work continues investigations of the processes accom panying the implantation of deuterium ions into composite structures with tungsten coatings (the pro cesses of accumulation, retention and thermodes orption) [14][15][16][17]. The influence of the thickness of the coating, the system composition and the radiation dose of D + ions on the aforementioned processes was established.…”
