місце серед методів лікування у фізіотерапії займає лікування ультразвуком. Процес ультразвукової терапії полягає у контактній взаємодії ультразвуку з ультразвукового випромінювача з поверхневими шарами шкіри. Тому безпека пацієнта при виконанні цієї процедури є домінуючим фактором. Під час ультразвукової дії на біологічну тканину ультразвуковий випромінювач нагрівається. Діапазон нагріву ультразвукового випромінювача визначається вимірюванням і контролем значень температури. При проведенні процедури ультразвукової терапії проблематичним є вимірювання температури випромінювача безпосередньо перед п'єзоелементом на зовнішній контактній поверхні, яка своєю чергою має найбільші значення температури серед усієї робочої поверхні. Мета дослідження. Розробка математичної моделі, що дає змогу за значеннями температури від периферійних частин робочої поверхні ультразвукового випромінювача отримувати значення температури центральної частини його робочої поверхні. Методика реалізації. При дослідженні було застосовано метод рандомізації експерименту, теорію обробки експериментальних даних, апарат регресійного аналізу, що дало можливість розробити математичну модель та оцінити її адекватність і похибки. В ході дослідження було визначено основні значення температури в точках на робочій поверхні ультразвукового випромінювача, які було застосовано при аналізі експериментальних даних і визначенні коефіцієнтів регресії математичної моделі. Результати дослідження. Аналіз експериментальних даних і регресійний аналіз отриманих значень температури робочої поверхні випромінювача показали, що існує істотна математична залежність між температурою в центральній частині випромінювача та у периферійних його частинах. Цю математичну залежність встановлено, серед інших основних залежностей, а також виконано її перевірку й розраховано похибки. Висновки. Розроблено математичну модель та оцінено значення температури на робочій поверхні ультразвукового випромінювача, що дає можливість успішно використовувати їх при розробці нових ультразвукових випромінювачів для ультразвукової терапії.
