Investigation of the physical and mechanical properties of polymeric materials after blanks surface deformation

Abstract

The results of an experimental study of the effect of surface deformation of polymeric materials, both as an individual operation and in combination with subsequent turning of workpieces, on some of operational characteristics of these materials are presented. It is experimentally proved that preliminary surface deformation does not reduce the performance of polymeric materials.
