Influence of the seasonal factor on the long-distance passenger correspondence Up- On the one hand the importance of the social dimension in long-distance traffic route of transport. In accordance with the meaning specified the need for balanced decision-making on the management system of passenger traffic. Invention compromise between technical and economic level to meet the demand and requirements of the conservation of expenditure-revenue component transport process is a key issue. According to conditions need to take informed decisions about technical support of demand irregularity still unresolved is the issue of estimating the increasing the potential feasibility of intercity passengers transportation by changes in the quality or quantity of vehicles on existing routes or the introduction of additional temporary route network routes.Keywords: system of routes; transportation efficiency; fluctuations in passenger correspondence; transport process.Introduction. The role of transport and its infrastructure is very important in the overall system of economic relations of any society. The relations between legal entities and individuals, their development and versatility are largely based on information, material, financial and other flows. Wherein physical changes in the location of people are also very important. For this purpose, passenger transportation systems are being formed and are functioning. These systems consist of separate subsystems of different modes of transport, which work together and compete in the market for population transfer services. The predecessors Ata M Khan (2007), Ibrahim Seedat (2007) and Yves Crozet (2009) determined in their works [1][2][3] that the reliability and efficiency of industrial, cultural and other processes in society depends to a large extent on how efficiently these systems operate.It should be noted that passenger transport systems embody the production capacity with their infrastructure on the one hand and people, passengers, on the other hand. If the interest of the first named group lies in the economic interests, in obtaining maximum profit, then the other side, namely people are interested in a fast, convenient and cheap transport service. That is, if the first try to get the maximum revenues from transportation with a minimum of costs and it requires an increased cost of travel, then people want a cheap and reliable service. This contradiction hinders the interaction of carriers and passengers at first glance, but on the other hand ensures the struggle of opposites, which is the driving force of any development. This processes were considered by such scientists as Yves Crozet (2009), Indrajit Ghosh (2016) and Joseph Schwieterman (2016 [3][4][5].At different stages of development of passenger transport, scientists and practitioners were directed to such a compromise of their aspirations, in which the transportation process ensured the satisfaction of economic interests of carriers on the one hand. Determining Parameters of Functioning of Passenger Transport Routes by Means of Computer Simulation of Processes

The efficiency of the functioning of urban passenger transport routes has been studied in the paper. It has been established that the functioning of urban passenger transport routes takes place in a non-isolated environment, which affects the system from the moment of its formation and can lead to discrepancy between the calculated and actual efficiency of the system. As a result of the fucntioning indicator analysis of the passenger transportation route, it has been revealed that the environment of the route functioning affects the efficiency in a complex manner. Consequently, the mutual influence of one factor on others should be taken into account. Performance evaluation should be carried out for the entire route system, and not within the separately considered subsystem. As a result of the analysis of such key indicators as income, fuel costs, lubricants, maintenance and repair, discrepancies have been found between the planned values of indicators and actual data. It is determined that the distribution function of the random variables of these indicators is described by a normal law. At the final stage of the study, regularities in the influence of the road transport enterprise parameters on the probability of investment return have been obtained. The proposed integrated approach to determining the efficiency of urban passenger transport routes is based not only on the established, but also on the stochastic parameters that occur during the functioning of these routes. An algorithm has been developed for determining the efficiency of urban route passenger traffic, which takes into account the interrelation of income and expenses, modern ideas about the patterns of change in the prpbability of development of optimistic, pessimistic and intermediate scenarios for improvement of route efficiency events. The algorithm is based on formalized dependences of the change in time of the probabilities of income and expenses which are taken into account in the operation process of urban passenger transport routes with their various parameters.
