The purpose of the research is to reveal the individual values perceptions of the teachers working in the Burdur Provincial Directorate of National Education operating under the body of the Ministry of National Education. Participants comprised 131 male and 169 female teachers. When the mean and standard deviation values regarding the teachers’ perceptions of individual values in their workplaces were examined, it was seen that they agreed with the discipline and responsibility dimension, they were undecided about the trust and forgiveness dimension, and they agreed with the honesty and sharing dimension as well as the respect and truth dimension. When perceptions were examined according to range values for the respect and truth dimension, there were significant differences the trust and forgiveness dimension and the sharing and respect dimension. Accordingly, male teachers’ perception levels in the trust and forgiveness dimension were significantly higher than the levels of the female teachers. On the other hand, the perception levels of the female teachers in the sharing and respect dimension were significantly higher than the levels of the male teachers. The perception levels of the single teachers in the trust and forgiveness dimension were significantly higher than the levels of the married teachers. On the other hand, the perception levels of the married teachers in the sharing and respect dimension were significantly higher than the levels of the single teachers. According to the results that we evaluated by the task type variable, a significant difference between groups was observed only in the trust and forgiveness dimension. Accordingly, the perception levels of the contracted teachers in the trust and forgiveness dimension were significantly higher than the levels of the permanent teachers.

This research aims to guide coaches in determining the preferences of coaches regarding teaching methods by demonstrating the effects of different teaching methods in tennis in teaching. Working groups were created, and the subjects who participated in these groups were composed of female students who had never played tennis before and studied in different departments of the university. As a data collection tool, the measurements were done three times and the difference between them was detected by administering a test (ITN) that determines the regulated tennis levels for sedentary. The only sample t-test was used at 0.05 severity as to whether the sample mass represented the main mass equally and homogeneously. Accordingly, it was determined that the sample mass represents the main mass equally and homogeneously. A 0.05 severity associated sample t-test was used to test differences within groups. An independent sample t-test was used because the data showed normal distribution to test the difference between groups. As a result, although there has been an improvement in both teaching methods according to the initial levels, it has been determined that the modern tennis teaching method is faster and more effective under the results in teaching. Coaches used both the modern tennis teaching method and classical tennis teaching method, while the teaching method should be reviewed in terms of what method to use in teaching. Following these results, coaches are advised to do their work in this direction by adopting game-based tennis teachings.

The purpose of this study is to investigate In the 'independence' dimension, significant differences were observed between those who read books once a week and those who rarely read books or those who never read books. In this dimension, the ethical climate perceptions of those who rarely read books or those who never read books is significantly higher than those who read books once a week. Again in this dimension, the ethical climate perception of those who never read books is significantly higher than those who read books every two weeks.
