“…The quantitative approach has been identified as extensively applied because of its ability to provide a high amount of data within efficient time and cost (Cavana, Delahaye, & Sekaran, 2001;Mukhlis et al, 2022;Mohammad, 2019). The quantitative approach has a major benefit that provides relatively more generalizable results ( Mohammad , 2020;Boudlaie et al, 2022;Saunders, Lewis, & Thornhill, 2009;Kumar & Phrommathed, 2005). Therefore, a quantitative approach had been used to provide a more systematic way for data collection.…”

“…Factor loadings and the average variance extracted (AVE) was used for measuring convergent validity and the square roots of AVE values were utilized to assess discriminant validity. factor loadings should be higher than 0.70 (Chang et al, 2016;Mohammad, 2020;Boudlaie et al, 2022;Mukhlis et al, 2022), AVE values should be greater than 0.50 and the square roots of the AVE values should be higher than the correlation of each variable with the remaining variables (Mandal et al, 2016;Shee et al, 2018). Cronbach's alpha coefficients and composite reliability (CR) should also exceed 0.70 (Kircaburun et al, 2021).…”
