Investigating Nephrotoxicity of Polymyxin Derivatives by Mapping Renal Distribution Using Mass Spectrometry Imaging

Abstract: Colistin and polymyxin B are effective treatment options for Gram-negative resistant bacteria but are used as last-line therapy due to their dose-limiting nephrotoxicity.
