Introducing OEE as a measure of lean Six Sigma capability

Abstract: Purpose -The current paradigm for assessing overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) is challenged as being anachronistic to the needs of businesses that now require a more holistic indicator of plant and process effectiveness.
